核桃蔓越莓牛轧糖

  • 黄油55克
  • 奶粉150克
  • 核桃仁170克
  • 蔓越莓50克
  • 白芝麻10克

Steps to make 核桃蔓越莓牛轧糖

  • 1.核桃去壳后放入烤箱中层200度烤5分钟
  • 2.核桃放凉后分成小颗粒,加入蔓越莓,芝麻备用
  • 3.不粘锅里放入软化好的黄油
  • 4.小火加热融化黄油
  • 5.倒入250克棉花糖,继续最小火加热
  • 6.棉花糖炒到彻底融化
  • 7.加入150克奶粉
  • 8.快速混合棉花糖和奶粉
  • 9.加入核桃和蔓越莓,关掉火源
  • 10.所有材料快速混合
  • 11.把混合均匀的牛轧糖倒入到不沾的烤盘(或者油纸上)
  • 12.放凉后切成小块,用糖纸包起来
  • 13.很有嚼头的牛轧糖,自己做的奶香味很足,用盒子装起来送人也很不错
