Steps to make 韭菜烀饼

  • 1.玉米面中加入清水,和到湿润状态。
  • 2.用手攥可以成团,一压就散开。然后放一边醒一会儿。
  • 3.鸡蛋炒散,用铲子切碎易于入味。
  • 4.韭菜控干水份后,切沫。
  • 5.韭菜馅中磕入一个鸡蛋,加少许盐调味。(生鸡蛋可促使馅料成型)
  • 6.倒入炒好的鸡蛋碎,再调入少许香油。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.平底不粘锅预热,倒入少许油,厨房纸巾擦匀。
  • 9.锅体热后,关火。倒入玉米面,用小勺子整理压平。
  • 10.再倒入馅料,铺平。
  • 11.盖上锅盖,开中小火,闷6分钟左右。
  • 12.锅盖内壁的雾气逐渐散去,可以闻到阵阵香味了,烀饼就熟了。
