    Steps to make 锅包肉

    • 1.大葱切丝
    • 2.胡萝卜切丝
    • 3.蒜剁碎
    • 4.生抽,白醋,糖,盐,放碗中调匀待用
    • 5.里脊肉洗净切约3mm厚片,用刀面拍松,放姜,料酒,少量盐抓匀,腌制片刻
    • 6.鸡蛋,淀粉,面粉,少许盐和清水调成糊状,放入肉片均匀裹上面糊
    • 7.起油锅烧微热转小火,将肉片展开依次放入,炸至肉片熟透沥油捞出
    • 8.转大火,油温烧至约7成热,再次放入肉片炸至金黄沥油捞出
    • 9.锅内留底油,倒入料汁烧起泡
    • 10.放入肉片,胡萝卜丝,葱丝,蒜末,翻炒上色入味即可
    • 11.撒上香菜点缀,色泽明艳,外酥里嫩,酸甜可口,下酒,下饭
