绿茶粉烙饼
用绿茶粉和面烙饼,外酥里软、层层叠叠、且层次分明、颜色美观、香酥可口。

  • 开水90g
  • 绿茶粉约8至10g

Steps to make 绿茶粉烙饼

  • 1.面粉中加入适量绿茶粉,混合均匀。
  • 2.和成面团盖盖醒20分钟(颜色非常漂亮)。
  • 3.将面擀成长条状,均匀的刷上油酥。
  • 4.这是事先将面、盐、热油浇的油酥搅拌均匀。
  • 5.因为擀的有点长,先折叠了一半。
  • 6.另一部分再擀至薄厚均匀的状态,均匀的刷上油酥。
  • 7.继续折叠好,并捏严捏好两侧的边。
  • 8.用压擀的方法,将饼坯擀成圆形,长度已够锅的面积,但需往宽度擀才行,慢慢适度擀饼层才均匀。
  • 9.饼坯已擀成均匀厚度的圆型。
  • 10.饼铛预热后加入适量食用油,将饼坯放入锅中,上层也刷适量的食用油进行烙制。
  • 11.将饼坯翻个面,继续烙制均匀,经过加工由原耒的翠绿性变浅了一点,这就是天然粉的特点。
  • 12.将烙好的饼取出,放置案板上切件装盘即可,其饼层层叠叠、颜色美观、香酥可口。
