【荷美尔18般美味,“宴”惊四座】梅干菜扣培根
我这个人吧~比较懒~一般涉及生肉的菜肴都是慎之又慎(说白了都是基本不做),但是也由不得我啊,学校里面也没冷库什么的,我这种处女座病患一次一定要至少半斤,根本吃不完啊没法放,所以很少做,一般也就是香肠火腿有的时候打牙祭吃点腊肉咸肉咸蹄髈之类,不为别的,容易存放~
我对梅干菜向来就是执念,雪里蕻梅干菜笋干梅干菜甚至是小青菜梅干菜都喜欢,甜味咸味也不挑,这几天馋虫大动,一门心思想吃梅干菜扣肉……
简直是很幸运获得了荷美尔的试用机会,就有一大包美式的培根,这下好啦,不能买五花肉就用培根来试试,毕竟也都是五花到顶的嘛,更方便的是~还不用切~~~嘿嘿~~
作为一个黄酒酒鬼,不配上上好的黄酒怎么算是做菜!来来来配上八年陈半干黄酒,14度的,香死人咯!

Steps to make 【荷美尔18般美味,“宴”惊四座】梅干菜扣培根

  • 1.美式培根可以全拉出来切下来想用的部分,也可以拿出来几片切段
  • 2.切好了码放起来,整理一下
  • 3.找一个小砂锅,垫上码放好的培根
  • 4.梅干菜仔细挑去里面的杂质
  • 5.梅干菜简单冲洗一下,码放到培根的上面,稍微压紧
  • 6.倒进去黄酒(八年陈啊超好喝!),一直到小砂锅满了为止
  • 7.盖上砂锅盖子,隔水炖煮四十分钟
  • 8.最后,把砂锅中的汤汁倒出来,加一点生粉勾芡,砂锅里面的梅干菜和培根扣在盘子里面,把芡淋上去,稍微装饰一下即可!
