Steps to make 粘豆包

  • 1.优质红小豆洗净放适量的水 用煮锅就可以了
  • 2.煮开锅 盖上盖子闷二十分钟捞出来晾晾
  • 3..放到破壁机里 加适量的白糖 按照自己的喜欢加
  • 4.通上破壁机的电源 设置到五谷 一定要盖好料理杯的盖子 在机器工作的时候 不要用手去摸 注意安全
  • 5.从低速开始 到高速运转 如果速度高 那时间相应的要少 食物更细腻些 我不需要细腻的豆沙
  • 6.短短的40秒钟 豆沙已经可以了
  • 7.糯米粉温水和面 要松弛10分钟
  • 8.取适量的面 按成皮 包入馅料
  • 9.在手中滚圆 双手合在一起晃动就圆了
  • 10.大火蒸20分钟左右即可
