Steps to make 黄桃派

  • 1.准备好所有食材,从冰箱里拿出来的黄油无需放软直接切成小丁
  • 2.糖,椰蓉,牛奶,盐拌匀
  • 3.中粉筛入盆中放入黄油丁,轻轻搅动让黄油沾满面粉,用手把黄油和面粉搓成小粒
  • 4.再把混合好的牛奶加入轻揉成团后放入保鲜袋里进冰箱冷藏一小时
  • 5.黄桃捞起切片
  • 6.铺一张保鲜膜,把面团放在保鲜膜上面,再盖保鲜膜后用擀面棍擀成比派盘稍大一点的饼皮
  • 7.揭去饼皮上的保鲜膜放在派盘上,用手轻轻压平后用擀面杖沿派盘滚一圈,用牙签在饼皮上叉些洞,放置10分钟
  • 8.按各自的喜欢把黄桃片铺在饼皮上
  • 9.烤箱200度预热,中层烤20分钟,表面上色后盖上锡纸
  • 10.好吃
