椰浆西米露是由西米煮熟与椰浆拌均的一道甜品。夏季非常受欢迎的的简单好吃甜品。

Steps to make 椰浆西米露

  • 1.准备好西米150克、椰浆1000ml,白砂糖;
  • 2.清水煮沸;
  • 3.放入西米煮到透明状;
  • 4.西米捞出,用不锈钢漏盆,冲冷水至一粒粒分明不粘;
  • 5.洗净锅,清水再次煮沸,
  • 6.放白砂糖、西米下锅,再次煮沸;
  • 7.把煮好的西米放冷藏2小时,吃的时候加入冰椰浆拌均,即可。PS:椰浆记得也要冷藏哦
  • 8.冰爽椰浆西米露
