  • 1.准备好所有的材料,黄油室温软化备用
  • 2.黄油室温软化至可以轻松用手指戳动,先用电动打蛋器搅拌一下
  • 3.黄油里面加入细砂糖,先用搅拌刀搅拌一下,避免打发的时候细砂糖飞溅出来
  • 4.用电动打蛋器打发至黄油颜色变浅,体积膨胀成羽毛状
  • 5.分两次加入打散的鸡蛋搅拌均匀(每次加入后都要搅拌均匀,使鸡蛋和黄油充分混合)
  • 6.分3次筛入低筋面粉,用橡皮刮刀稍微翻拌一下,再用电动打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 7.搅拌好的面糊是这样的
  • 8.再加入蔓越莓干搅拌均匀
  • 9.蔓越莓曲奇面糊就这样完成了
  • 10.在饼干模具里面铺上一张保鲜膜,方便脱模
  • 11.把蔓越莓曲奇面糊全部装在模具里面,这个方子刚刚好放满一个28.5*6*4.5的模具
  • 12.装好之后,放入冰箱冷冻1小时左右
  • 13.冷冻好后,拿出来切片(约0.7厘米厚,厚度看个人喜欢)排放在烤盘,注意间距(如果您的烤盘不是不粘的,请铺上一层锡纸再放饼干)
  • 14.烤箱175度预热10分钟,烘烤:上下火模式,中层,175度,烘烤20分钟(烘烤时间和温度仅作参考)
  • 15.烘烤的过程中要注意,如果饼干已经上色说明快可以了,要注意时间,否则很容易焦,如果你的饼干在烘烤没多久就已经上色了,还剩下很多时间的话,说明你的烤箱温度高,需要适当降低温度
  • 16.烘烤到金黄色就可以出炉了
  • 17.刚刚出炉的蔓越莓曲奇可能会有点软,是正常的,凉一会儿就会酥脆酥脆的了
