Steps to make 雪花酥

  • 1.黄油放入锅中加热溶化。
  • 2.加入棉花糖,搅拌至棉花糖溶化。
  • 3.加入奶粉,搅拌均匀。

  • 5.加入饼干,冻干草莓,花生仁,南瓜籽拌匀。(提前将冻干草莓稍微剪碎,花生和南瓜籽烤熟,饼干稍微掰碎,忘记拍了)
  • 6.倒入不粘烤盘中,戴上一次性手套,将所有食材拌匀。
  • 7.将雪花酥压扁,整形,在案板上和雪花酥上撒适量奶粉。
  • 8.切成合适大小的块,将雪花酥的表面均匀地裹上奶粉。
