  • 吉利丁片2片
  • 消化饼干80克
  • 黄油40克

Steps to make 芒果乳酪慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.准备原料;
  • 2.将消化饼干碾碎,拌入融化的黄油,拌匀;
  • 3.将拌好的消化饼干铺在6寸的圆模的底部,用勺子压实,放入冰箱冷藏备用;
  • 4.将奶油奶酪室温软化后,放入糖,用电动打蛋器搅打顺滑;
  • 5.再放入牛奶、柠檬汁拌匀;
  • 6.用料理机提前打好芒果泥,和隔水融化的吉利丁液一起倒入奶酪糊中,拌匀,放入冰箱冷藏备用;
  • 7.将淡奶油搅打出纹路,倒入芒果奶酪糊中拌匀;
  • 8.将芒果奶酪糊倒入有消化饼干底的圆模中,入冰箱冷藏过夜完全凝固后,脱模即可。
