  • 1.黄油室温软化后加糖打发至乳化发白。
  • 2.分三次加入蛋液拌匀,然后再加入香草精。
  • 3.倒入面粉与泡打粉搅拌成无粉粒面糊。
  • 4.在模具中均匀喷入脱模剂,面糊倒入模具中分量约8分满。
  • 5.烤箱提前使用170℃预热,放入面糊烤制40分钟左右。
  • 6.烤制好后取出冷却脱模,底部朝上,抹上草莓酱,点缀上水果与小花。
