Steps to make Chives and Egg Box

  • 1. Prepare the ingredients.
  • 2. Mix flour with warm water to form a dough and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Crush the eggs with added alcohol and salt, and mix well.
  • 4. Stir fry the egg mixture into small pieces over low heat.
  • 5. Cut the chives into small particles.
  • 6. After frying the cooked eggs, let them cool and add a suitable amount of cooking oil to the chives. Mix well.

  • 8. Add a little sesame oil and mix well.
