炸油角【初味日记】
油角的形状像“荷包”,即钱包,包入馅料,鼓鼓的一只,取其钱包饱胀的好兆头。Emmm…确认过眼神,果然是我爱吃的贺年点心,连寓意都如此优秀!哈哈!

  • 中筋面粉250g
  • 黄油62.5g
  • 细砂糖20g
  • 温水80ml
  • 熟花生碎100g
  • 熟白芝麻25g
  • 细砂糖60g

Steps to make 炸油角【初味日记】

  • 1.一边搅拌面粉一边加入黄油搅匀。
  • 2.温水中加入细砂糖搅拌融化。
  • 3.面粉中慢慢加入糖水搅拌成絮状,换手揉成团。
  • 4.面团盖好松弛40分钟,取出擀成面片。
  • 5.用杯子压出圆面片。
  • 6.花生炒熟去花生衣。
  • 7.用擀面杖敲碎。
  • 8.花生碎、熟白芝麻、细砂糖,倒入碗中搅拌均匀。
  • 9.取圆面皮像包饺子一样包入花生芝麻馅,封口捏出花边。
  • 10.炸锅中倒油中火加热到6成热,放入油角炸。
  • 11.时不时翻面,炸到两面金黄即可捞出。
