椰蓉蛋黄小餐包
新入手的模具烤出来的面包小巧可爱,拿在手里非常舒服。当零食下午茶点都不错。但吃的也很快哦.昨天上午烤了一盘,今早就光光了。这回我用了蛋黄椰蓉馅,自己随意配的,味道可不随意,好吃。小孩子的最爱哦。

  • 玉米油20g
  • 牛奶85g
  • 全蛋液50g
  • 鸡蛋黄2个
  • 椰蓉20g
  • 白糖10g

Steps to make 椰蓉蛋黄小餐包

  • 1.把主料中的全蛋液,牛奶,玉米油,糖,盐,面粉,酵母依次次放进面包桶内,启动面包机的发面程序。90分钟后面发好。
  • 2.发好的面团取出揉匀排气松弛10分钟。
  • 3.在把面团分成12个小面剂子。揉圆。
  • 4.生蛋黄打散加入辅料中的椰蓉和白糖。拌匀。成馅。
  • 5.椰蓉蛋黄小餐包做法的步骤 每个面皮压成小圆饼,放入做好的蛋黄椰蓉馅。(椰蓉馅可以用小勺直接舀出来就行)收口团圆。
  • 6.收口向下,全部做好。
  • 7.放到烤盘里二次发酵。
  • 8.发酵2倍大后,每个剂子上刷上一层水,撒上芝麻。
  • 9.入烤箱中层,上下火,180度烘烤18分钟。烤好取出脱模。
