  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.鸡蛋磕入碗中并坐在温水中
  • 3.鸡蛋中加入糖
  • 4.隔温水打发至蛋糊浓稠
  • 5.移开装温水的容器,蛋糊中筛入低粉
  • 6.用刮刀以上下翻拌的手法切拌均匀,加入玉米油再次翻拌均匀
  • 7.装入垫有纸托的烤盘中(没有纸托就用油纸垫在烤盘的孔里充当纸托)
  • 8.烤箱提前预热160度中层15分钟,表面上色后用牙签插入蛋糕没有粘着蛋糕糊就烤好了。
