Steps to make 红糖版糖醋排骨

  • 1.备料:排骨,红糖,葱,酱醋汁,料酒,生姜。
  • 2.烹饪锅里加水,将排骨下锅,加入姜片及料酒,按菜谱程序先焯洗排骨。
  • 3.焯洗好的状态是这个样子,八分钟的时间,焯煮出来这么多的杂质。友友们你家的排骨在烹饪前是如何处理得?
  • 4.将焯洗好的排骨出锅控水。
  • 5.将主锅清洗一下,再将焯好的排骨下锅。
  • 6.按菜谱的要求,将调配好的酱醋汁加至到主锅里面。
  • 7.然后加入适量的红糖调味。
  • 8.最后的料酒还有清水也不能忘,加好这些调料之后。
  • 9.就上盖按键,按上面显示器所示得,烹煮半小时即可。
  • 10.每一步都有过程,在烹煮的时间里面,我就洗好了其它的食材。
  • 11.就是这样子,半个小时之后,那香味真是太诱人了,开盖看菜,这色调这收汁真是棒极啦。
