  • 白砂糖60克
  • 色拉油40克
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 橙子酱50克
  • 牛奶80ml

Steps to make 橙香蛋糕

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.先处理蛋黄,把蛋黄搅散后,加入色拉油,白砂糖,橙子酱,充分搅拌均匀。
  • 3.过筛的面粉放入碗内拌匀。
  • 4.把蛋白打发至硬性发泡,即提起搅拌头上面挂着一个直钩即可
  • 5.然后把蛋白泡拌入蛋黄面糊中。
  • 6.用上下切拌的手法把面糊拌匀。
  • 7.倒入模具中。
  • 8.放入预热好的烤箱,150度,40分钟,中层,上下火。
