冬日里爽口小菜----凉拌萝卜皮
冬天是吃萝卜最好的季节,记得小时候冬天家里的地窖总要储存成堆的萝卜白菜,踏踏实实地够吃上一个冬天,现在科技发达蔬菜的种类增多了,冬天也可以吃到一年四季中所有的蔬菜,但萝卜在我家冬季的餐桌上它依旧是主角。

白萝卜煮汤,炖肉,绿萝卜直接炒食,胡萝卜调配,还有心里美萝卜最适合就是凉拌或做泡菜吃,今天就做一道家人非常喜欢的凉拌萝卜皮,别小看了这个萝卜,外表粗粗的绿皮下面藏着鲜艳的紫红,非常的美艳,紫红色的萝卜肉含有丰富的花青素能改善血液循环,保护心脏还有抗衰老作用和防癌作用,冬日里除了滋补养生以外再来一道酸甜可口,清脆开胃的小菜吧!

Steps to make 冬日里爽口小菜----凉拌萝卜皮

  • 1.将萝卜反复搓洗干净,去除根部和头部。
  • 2.用刀将萝卜皮片下来,片的时候要稍带些萝卜肉不要太薄了。
  • 3.将片好的萝卜片再切成丝。
  • 4.放入碗中调入盐后搅匀,腌制15分钟。
  • 5.腌好的萝卜丝会出汁,将汁挤掉不用。
  • 6.挤掉汁的萝卜丝中加入米醋,拌匀。
  • 7.再加入糖拌匀。
  • 8.锅中倒适量油,油热后将花椒爆香。
  • 9.将拌好的萝卜摆入盘中,上面撒上芝麻。
  • 10.将剔掉花椒的热油浇在萝卜上即可。
