Steps to make 春韭炒螺肉

  • 1.准备好原料,枸杞十几粒就可以了,提前用温水泡软。螺肉我在海鲜市场购买的商家剔好的,也可以买活的螺蛳,还来开水里煮一下,然后挑出螺肉。挑出螺肉后要去除掉内脏和泥沙,清洗干净。
  • 2.将清洗干净的螺肉放入开水里焯烫2分钟,然后捞出备用。
  • 3.将螺肉切成薄片。
  • 4.锅底少许油爆香姜末。
  • 5.放入螺肉大火爆炒,然后在加入一勺黄酒去腥味。
  • 6.加入切成段的韭菜和泡软的枸杞以及盐,翻炒片刻即可出锅。
