Steps to make 奶香花样面包

  • 1.所有材料全部放入面包桶内,开启和面程序和成面团饧发至2倍大小
  • 2.重新开启一次和面程序,相当于给面团排气,这样做比较省事
  • 3.将面团取出分剂滚圆
  • 4.取一个面剂擀成舌头状
  • 5.卷起来
  • 6.依次全部做好松弛5分钟
  • 7.再取一个面剂再一次擀成舌头状,然后切成如图所示的形状
  • 8.卷起来
  • 9.首尾连接起来
  • 10.全部做好放纸托里
  • 11.二次发酵好表面刷蛋液
  • 12.预热烤箱190度将生胚放入烤箱
  • 13.烤30分钟即可(表面上色后要加盖锡纸)
