淡奶油面包
这款面包我用了淡奶油和蛋糕粉,成品宣软,奶香浓郁,非常好吃。尤其是面包表面的淡奶油装饰,不仅好看,又香酥得令人陶醉。

  • 细砂糖45g
  • 酵母3g
  • 淡奶油80g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 玉米淀粉30g
  • 蛋黄1个

Steps to make 淡奶油面包

  • 1.淡奶油,牛奶,全蛋液,橄榄油和盐先放入面包桶,在筛入面粉和蛋糕粉,放入酵母。启动面包机发面程序。
  • 2.90分钟后面发好。
  • 3.取出面团排气揉匀,松弛10分钟。
  • 4.分成9个面剂子。这款我面包我用了6个,另外3个做了其他的面包。
  • 5.每个面剂子先擀成椭圆形饼。
  • 6.卷起。
  • 7.放在烤盘上。
  • 8.淡奶油加细砂糖用打蛋器把糖搅打融化成顺滑,。
  • 9.加入一个鸡蛋黄和玉米淀粉搅拌均匀。放入裱花袋。
  • 10.打好的蛋糊放入裱花袋。记挤在面包胚上。
  • 11.入烤箱中层180度,20分钟,中间加盖锡纸。
