    Steps to make 白菜肉锅贴 。

    • 1.生肉、葱、姜分别剁成泥后,再一起剁几下入味。
    • 2.将剁好的肉馅加盐、鸡精、生抽、老抽调匀略腌制片刻。
    • 3.白菜洗净切碎末加盐腌制一回。
    • 4.攥干水分备用。
    • 5.腌制好的肉馅与白菜加花生油搅拌均匀调成馅。
    • 6.揉匀的面团搓成长条。
    • 7.分成若干小剂子后按扁。
    • 8.擀成饺子皮。
    • 9.包入馅料,两边留口,做成锅贴坯。
    • 10.底锅抹上一层油,下入锅贴坯略煎2分钟。
    • 11.加入适量冷水,没过锅贴1/2即可。
    • 12.盖盖焖至水分收干为止。
