香葱网包
香葱网包有如饺子一样,将好吃的馅料包在里面,外表朴实。这主要分三个部分有面团和面包油还有馅料这三个,所以看到材料先不要着急说多哦 ,好吃的东西总是麻烦些的啦

Details of ingredients

  • 面团材料:高筋面粉250g
  • 白砂糖50g
  • 酵母3g
  • 黄油20g
  • 牛奶120g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 面包油材料:水90g
  • 黄油40g
  • 白砂糖10g
  • 低筋面粉60g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 馅料:肉松80g

Steps to make 香葱网包

  • 1.面包油制作,将白糖、黄油加入水中猛火煮至沸腾,减至小火加入低筋面粉搅拌均匀离火,放凉后分次加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀备用
  • 2. 制作面团,将糖、牛奶、鸡蛋混合搅拌均匀
  • 3. 加入酵母拌均匀后再加入低筋面粉,面粉充分吸收水份后揉至面团
  • 4.揉至面团表面光滑不粘手时,加入黄油再揉至面团表面光滑,能拉出手套膜为止
  • 5. 揉好的面团静置10分钟,将面团分割12个40克的小面团,然后滚圆
  • 6.排好气的小面团稍压扁,包入肉松馅收口,口朝烤盘底
  • 7.包好的面包放入烤箱发酵,调至发酵功能进行发酵,约发酵一个小时,发酵至面团原体积2倍(注:发酵过程中如面包表皮干身,可用喷壶喷一下水,以免影响发酵)
  • 8.发酵好后,在面包面上用面包油挤成网状即可
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱烘烤,上火190度,下火150度,烤13分钟,面包成金黄色即可
  • 10.金黄的网包就完成啦
