排骨红豆糯米饭

Steps to make 排骨红豆糯米饭

  • 1.红豆用清水浸泡一夜;
  • 2.糯米用清水浸泡一夜;
  • 3.泡好的红豆放入高压锅内煮20分钟,至红豆软烂;
  • 4.煮好的红豆滤掉水分待用;
  • 5.蒸屉准备好,垫上一层老丝瓜网;
  • 6.将红豆与糯米混合,拌上少许盐,倒入蒸屉中码平;
  • 7.放在锅内的蒸架上,隔水蒸;
  • 8.盖盖大火蒸1小时,如果中途觉得糯米太干,用手蘸点水,洒在糯米上即可;
  • 9.些时可以开始做红烧排骨,排骨焯水洗去血泡沫;
  • 10.排骨放入高压锅内,加适量水、酱油、冰糖、盐、味精、料酒;
  • 11.先大火再中火压12分钟左右;
  • 12.煮好的排骨,开盖用大火收汁,待排骨出油即可,汁不要收得太干,留着后面有用;
  • 13.一小时后,红豆糯米饭蒸熟出锅;
  • 14.取出部分红豆糯米饭,将做好的红烧排骨码在上面;
  • 15.把刚刚取出的红豆糯米饭再盖回排骨上面,将排骨汁浇均匀的浇在糯米饭上;
  • 16.继续入锅蒸30分钟;
  • 17.出锅即可食用。
