自制虾条
虾条是男女老少的童年记忆,嘎巴嘎巴的吃着吃着一包就吃光光啦,然后会觉得口渴想喝水,有木有❗️现在才知道,这些零食除了添加剂就是添加剂,自己偶尔过过嘴瘾也就算了,让娇嫩的宝宝吃我不做不到,自制自制❗️

  • 蛋清1个
  • 玉米淀粉3g

Steps to make 自制虾条

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.洗净大米,倒入臻米脱糖电饭煲里,水没过大米不超过1cm ,家里有老人和宝宝的专用脱糖电饭煲,烹饪时脱去糖粉,这样的米饭吃起来更香更健康~
  • 3.去除虾壳,挑去虾背线和腹线。
  • 4.直接把虾肉,蛋清,米饭,水(大约20ml)放入绞肉机进行搅拌,搅打成米浆糊糊。
  • 5.把虾泥糊放进裱花袋中,挤出虾泥糊。烤盘上铺上一层油纸,均匀地把虾泥糊挤成长条形的虾条大小,不均匀也没有关系,这样才有自制的感觉。
  • 6.烤箱提前预热5分钟。然后用上火160度,30分钟。
  • 7.自制虾条就做好啦。
