  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.田螺洗净外壳,剪掉尾部,汆水。
  • 3.用牙签挑出螺肉。

  • 5.夹心肉剁碎,螺肉剁碎,加葱姜沫,料酒,蚝油,生抽,白糖,胡椒粉。
  • 6.一个方向搅拌上劲。

  • 8.热锅凉油,煸香葱,姜片,蒜头,干辣椒。
  • 9.加入老抽,生抽,料酒,清水,白糖。
  • 10.再下入田螺烧开
  • 11.改小火再煮半小时左右。
  • 12.田螺塞肉就做好了。
