虾皮盖菜芋头羹
以前餐馆里吃的芋头羹是放青菜,这次我改放盖菜加虾皮,味道更是鲜美。盖菜的维生素含量很高,吃起来略有苦味。但放在这道羹里恰到好处。

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将芋头清洗干净,放入蒸锅蒸熟。

  • 5.将蒸熟的芋头放入多功能料理机中加少许。
  • 6.搅拌成泥。
  • 7.将搅拌好的芋泥倒入煮锅中加适量的水煮开。
  • 8.放入盖菜煮开。
  • 9.放入虾皮、盐、胡椒粉煮5分钟即可。
