【自制果丹皮】山楂之恋,果丹皮儿时的回忆
最近又到了山楂的季节,妈妈特别喜欢吃山楂,说过去小时候没有什么零食吃。山楂卷,山楂糕,果丹皮,这些就已经算是很高档的零食了。妈妈买了一大袋子的山楂说是要泡水喝。好几斤泡水不知道喝到什么时候去了。于是我倒了2斤出来做了她最喜欢的果丹皮,原以为会非常麻烦,其实做起来很简单的哈,味道不用说,比超市卖的好吃多了,纯正的山楂果丹皮哈~

山楂的功效很多,防癌、抗癌。消化道癌症的高危人群应经常食用山楂,若出现消化不良时也可用山楂、大米一起煮粥食用,这样可助消化。山楂还可以治疗痛经、月经不调,中医认为山楂具有活血化淤的作用,是血淤型痛经患者的食疗佳品。山楂可真是宝哈~

Steps to make 【自制果丹皮】山楂之恋,果丹皮儿时的回忆

  • 1.山楂洗净,用刀子去蒂去核取山楂肉。
  • 2.山楂肉放入盆里,放一层山楂撒一层白糖,腌制15分钟渗出水分。
  • 3.直接把盆放入蒸锅上,大火10-15分钟,把山楂蒸熟。
  • 4.蒸熟的山楂盆里有很多水分,把蒸好的山楂放凉,倒入搅拌机里打成山楂泥。
  • 5.烤盘里刷一层薄薄的油。
  • 6.把山楂泥倒入烤盘里,用刮片刮均匀,薄厚大约2-3mm。
  • 7.烤箱调至70°中层,烘3-4小时,然后取出把烤盘放置通风处一夜,第二天用刮片轻轻揭开。
  • 8.把山楂卷整形切片,卷成自己想要的大小卷即可。
