  • 1.昨日,做了家常肉夹馍,还剩了一些红烧肉和汤汁,想着疫情期间买了圆茄子。不如 来一道茄子红烧肉焖面。
  • 2.园茄子洗净后去根蒂切成小块装入盘中加入食盐抓拌均匀,腌制半小时。
  • 3.腌出水分的茄子用手挤干水分。
  • 4.准备葱花姜片蒜片和干辣椒。
  • 5.起锅烧油。
  • 6.炒香配料。
  • 7.下入茄子翻炒, 加入食盐。
  • 8.加入半勺花椒面。
  • 9.倒入红烧肉和部分汤汁将茄子炖煮入味。
  • 10.下入挂面。
  • 11.再倒入剩余汤汁。
  • 12.小火将挂面慢慢焖熟。
  • 13.盛盘(颜色有些深,可是 味道超好吃)。
