Steps to make 蔓越莓冰饮

  • 1.先将1杯豌豆淀粉加入1杯椰浆搅拌均匀,至无颗粒的顺滑状态。
  • 2.锅里加入同样大小的杯子,5杯清水煮开。
  • 3.将淀粉糊糊慢慢倒入开水锅里,注意水烧的不要太开,微微沸腾就好,倒的时候边倒边搅拌,这样不会糊底,也会更细腻。
  • 4.煮开后离火,放置一会儿让其慢慢凉下来,再冷藏保存,使其凝固定型。
  • 5.椰浆凉粉就做好了,取出一块切成小丁,浓浓的椰浆味。
  • 6.蔓越莓鲜果放到清水里,水里加一点盐浸泡一会儿,再冲洗干净备用。
  • 7.将切丁的椰浆丁放到碗里,加入蔓越莓鲜果。
  • 8.蔓越莓汁酸甜可口,冰镇一下更好,根据个人口味加入适量的糖,再把搅拌均匀的蔓越莓汁倒入椰浆丁里,一杯冰爽酸甜又充满椰香的冰饮就做好了。
