四寸萨瓦林戚风蛋糕

  • 牛奶24g
  • 细砂糖54g

Steps to make 四寸萨瓦林戚风蛋糕

  • 1.用分蛋器分离蛋白和蛋黄。
  • 2.用电动打蛋器将蛋白打发。
  • 3.打发蛋白至硬性发泡,提起打蛋器后蛋白会形成挺立的小三角
  • 4.将蛋黄,牛奶,砂糖,玉米油混合均匀
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉
  • 6.以划十字的方式搅拌面粉,切记不可划圈搅拌。
  • 7.将蛋白分两次混入蛋黄面粉中,切记不可划圈搅拌。
  • 8.提起刮刀,混合液呈带状流下即可
  • 9.将混合液倒入模具,用力将模具在桌子上磕几下,震出气泡
  • 10.混合蛋白和蛋黄的同时,烤箱130预热。将步骤9中的蛋糕液放入烤箱下层,130度烤25分钟后,换中层继续烤制40分钟。
