紫甘蓝汁面包
自从有了烤箱就很少用面包机来烤制面包了,不过要想偷懒的话,用面包机做面包还是比较省事的。今天就要它做了一个大大的面包,原料是在美食天下获得的烘焙大礼包,烤好的面包撕着吃很是过瘾啊!

  • 原味面包粉300g
  • 奶粉30g
  • 玉米油40g
  • 绵白糖70g
  • 2g
  • 酵母粉4g

Steps to make 紫甘蓝汁面包

  • 1.紫甘蓝打成汁
  • 2.倒入面包桶内加玉米油,对角处分别放盐和糖
  • 3.放入面包粉(这可是奖品啊很是得意)
  • 4.加奶粉、酵母粉
  • 5.开启和面程序和成面团饧发至1.5倍大小
  • 6.取出面团排气滚圆分成4份,取一份擀成长条状
  • 7.卷起来
  • 8.将剩余的3个面团也做好放面包桶内二次发酵(把面包桶的搅拌棒取出)
  • 9.二发后的生胚(用时1个晚上,晚上发面早晨烤制的)
  • 10.表面刷蛋液
  • 11.放面包机里开启烘烤程序,时间为1小时,面包桶外要包上锡纸
  • 12.临烤制时间结束前10分钟时拿掉锡纸。
