参考于诗韵墨香。我做了2种口味。还是经女儿的提醒,她说喜欢吃甜的,还帮我一起做钱袋。

Steps to make 五福钱袋包

  • 1.馅1:韭菜肉馅:韭菜切碎,放盐,挤去水。倒入肉馅(7分瘦,3分肥),加一个鸡蛋,适量生抽,盐,少许老抽,油,搅拌匀。
  • 2.馅2:白砂糖,黑芝麻,面粉适量,拌匀。
  • 3.熟南瓜泥200克加面粉500克,加酵母5克,白砂糖5克。
  • 4.加适量水,慢慢揉成光滑的面团,盖上湿纱布,醒30分钟。
  • 5.取20克面团,擀成圆片,比饺子皮大些。
  • 6.放入韭菜馅。
  • 7.像包烧麦一样,腰捏细些,上端小巧些。取少量面团,搓成细条。
  • 8.先打个结,套进钱袋。(这样快些,也可以直接在钱袋上打结)
  • 9.取丁点小面团,揉圆,用工具按下,一个小星星就出来了。(没有星星也不要紧,按个圆形都行的)
  • 10.小圆星沾水,一个粘在打结的上面,一个粘在钱袋肚子上。(也可以粘在别的地方,粘三个也行)
  • 11.继续做好剩下的钱袋包。
  • 12.放入蒸茏里,小些的是糖福袋,胖些的是咸福袋。大火蒸30分钟,焖5分钟即可。
