  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 可可粉10g
  • 纯牛奶100g
  • 淡奶油150g
  • 吉利丁片10g
  • 提拉米苏粉20g
  • 黄油75g
  • 细砂糖50g
  • 牛奶25g
  • 炼奶15g
  • 淡奶油45g
  • 君度酒8g
  • 柠檬汁3g

Steps to make 米奇杯子小蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.先来制作第一杯子部分,黄油室温软化后,加入白糖、糖粉打发至颜色变白
  • 3.再加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀
  • 4.低筋面粉与可可粉混合过筛,加入黄油中慢速搅拌均匀,揉成面团
  • 5.取适量的面团,往纸杯里塑形,杯子壁一定要厚薄均匀
  • 6.取小部分面团,搓成杯子把子的样子
  • 7.把塑形好的杯子和杯把放入预热好的烤箱烘烤,上下火150度,烤40分钟,烤好的杯子放凉后,揭去纸杯即可
  • 8. 再来制作第二部分:吉利丁片用冰水泡软备用,淡奶油用电动打蛋器打发至7成备用,牛奶加热至沸腾,加入泡软的吉利丁片,搅拌至融化
  • 9.离火后再加入提拉米苏粉,用蛋抽搅拌均匀,自然冷却
  • 10.牛奶冷却后加入已打发的淡奶油搅拌均匀,将拌好的慕斯糊挤入杯中,放入冰箱冷藏1个小时左右,待慕斯糊定型
  • 11.用巧克力液将杯子把抦黏上即可
  • 12.黄油温软化,加入糖粉,用打蛋器充分搅打均匀,至蓬松发白状
  • 13.加入炼奶、君度酒、柠檬汁、继续搅打均匀
  • 14.再依次将牛奶、淡奶油加入搅打均匀,将奶油霜搅打至光滑细腻即可
  • 15.取出冷藏好的杯子,挤上奶油霜,在奶油霜上插上巧克力圆片,做成米奇的耳朵即可
