Steps to make 【湘菜】—苏仙夫子肉

  • 1.将内五花肉洗净,切成0.5CM厚的片。
  • 2.用盐、料酒、葱段、姜片、大料粉、桂皮粉腌制入味。
  • 3.平底锅倒油,将腌好的五花肉均匀的裹上米粉。
  • 4.放入锅中煎至两面微黄。
  • 5.将煎好的肉片盛出。
  • 6.原锅留油,下葱末和红椒末、姜粉炒香。
  • 7.倒入酱油和料酒炒匀。
  • 8.最后将煎好的肉片倒入锅中与配料拌炒均匀即可。
