Steps to make 炒年糕

  • 1.材料集合图。
  • 2.煮锅水烧开,放入年糕片略煮。
  • 3.黄瓜、胡萝卜、洋葱、培根分别切小片。大蒜切末。
  • 4.年糕煮至软糯捞出。
  • 5.平底锅烧热放油,油热放入大蒜爆香,放入培根翻炒。
  • 6.培根香味飘出,放入配菜炒至断生。
  • 7.放入年糕片。
  • 8.放入番茄酱和韩国辣酱。
  • 9.翻炒均匀,加盐、生抽调味,加适量白开水,小火煮五分钟左右。
  • 10.煮至汤汁粘稠即成,出锅撒适量香葱碎。
