Steps to make 桃花蛋糕

  • 1.将蛋黄蛋清分离。
  • 2.将65克水 30克油 20克糖克拌匀筛入低粉。
  • 3.和成糊状。
  • 4.蛋黄一个一个依次加入。
  • 5.和成蛋糊。
  • 6.将20克白糖分两次加入蛋清用打蛋器打发。
  • 7.将蛋清分两次倒入蛋糊中。
  • 8.切拌均匀。
  • 9.将拌好的蛋糊倒入蛋糕磨具放进烤箱150度20分钟。
  • 10.先将10克吉利丁粉用冷水浸泡隔热水融化。
  • 11.将融化好的吉利丁水倒入酸奶里搅拌均匀,倒入放有蛋糕的磨具里,放进冰箱冷藏两小时。
  • 12.将樱花有水洗净,用厨房用纸吸干水分。
  • 13.再将8克吉利丁粉融化成水倒入雪碧里拌匀,轻轻倒入酸奶上面,最后将洗干净的樱花放在上面装饰好,入冰箱冷藏一小时后即可食用。
