Steps to make 酿豆腐

  • 1.将豆腐冲洗后滴干,切分成火柴盒大小形状若干小块备用;取新鲜瘦肉、香菇、姜、蒜剁碎。
  • 2.加盐、鸡蛋、胡椒粉、李锦记味极鲜特级鲜酱油等佐料拌匀成馅料备用。
  • 3.轻轻在豆腐表面划一道小口。
  • 4.将肉馅深入豆腐之内,但保持豆腐的外形完好。
  • 5.烧热油锅,将填好馅的豆腐放入锅中,小火煎熟至金黄色。将少许香油、生粉、生抽、加水搅匀,倒进锅内勾芡后撒上葱花,待香气四溢后起锅。
