    Steps to make 节日必备菜--葱烧海参

    • 1.海参洗净。竖着切,一根切3刀。
    • 2.大葱白。切段。竖着切一半,再把一半切一半,也就是一个大葱段切成四分之一。
    • 3.大勺放底油,加葱段炒成微黄捞出。
    • 4.大勺放底油加两小勺白糖炒出糖色。(也就是把糖炒出深褐色。。切记油要少放一点点就好!!!)然后加水把海参放进去。
    • 5.加酱油 料酒 一点点 盐 味精。搅拌均匀 开小火烧。
    • 6.待汤汁收得差不多了 把前面炒好的葱段放进去。再翻炒几下。
    • 7.加水淀粉 勾薄芡,淋上一点香油出锅。
    • 8.成品色泽油亮,口味咸鲜微甜。。。海参营养价值很高。常吃对身体很有益处。
