奶油蛋糕
这款蛋糕是家婆生日的前一天做的,当天是星期天,孩子们作业在星期五已经完成了,所以晚上有时间陪奶奶吃蛋糕,因为这样的缘故临时提前做的蛋糕。裱花的过程中被老公打断了几次,因为店里需要帮忙,所以这款蛋糕不是在一气呵成中完成的,感觉有点不完美。不过对家婆的祝福是真心诚意的:祝愿她生日快乐!身体健康!

  • 猕猴桃3个
  • 细砂糖25克

Steps to make 奶油蛋糕

  • 1.中午吃饭时抽空烤的戚风,8寸的。
  • 2.吃过晚饭后开始准备裱花:将戚风蛋糕切成厚度相等的3片,戚风蛋糕的做法可以参考这里http://home.meishichina.com/recipe-205319.html
  • 3.淡奶油中加入25克细砂糖,用电动打蛋器低速打至7分发。
  • 4.取一蛋糕片,抹上奶油,再均匀的铺上事先洗净切好的芒果丁。
  • 5.再抹上少许奶油,盖上另一片蛋糕片,同样抹上奶油,均匀的铺上事先切好的菠萝丁。
  • 6.再抹上少许奶油,盖上最后的一片蛋糕片,在蛋糕表面和周边都抹上奶油。
  • 7.预留一些淡奶油,装入裱花袋中。
  • 8.在蛋糕的边上裱一圈自己喜欢的花式,再用事先切好的猕猴桃片和芒果丁进行装饰就可以了。
