玫瑰花酱
朋友家的玫瑰园今年大丰收,给我送来了两兜子挂着露珠的新鲜玫瑰,扑鼻的馨香让人十分喜爱。为了留住这最美的花香,我用她们做了玫瑰糖,然后又做了鲜花饼。那个鲜美啊~~~

Steps to make 玫瑰花酱

  • 1.将玫瑰花洗净,晾干,不能有水分,如果不是有些许水滴,可以用厨房纸巾蘸干净。
  • 2.去掉花蒂,把花瓣采摘下来,称重量。
  • 3.倒入白沙糖。
  • 4.带上一次性手套,用手将花瓣和白糖抓到混合均匀。
  • 5.可以加点蜂蜜。
  • 6.做好的玫瑰糖放入无油无水的保鲜盒或者瓶子里密封保存。
