Steps to make Chives and Eggs Dumplings
- 1. Clean and control the moisture content of chives by picking and washing them thoroughly
- 2. Beat the eggs, heat the pot and add oil. Heat up, then add the eggs and stir until cooked. Remove and let it cool for later use
- 3. Cut the chives into small pieces and put them into a container. Add eggs, salt, MSG, pepper, and oil, and mix well
- 4. The mixed filling should be immediately wrapped to prevent water from flowing out
