沙参猪蹄煲

Steps to make 沙参猪蹄煲

  • 1.猪蹄剁开泡水,凉水下锅焯水
  • 2.备好加到砂锅里的食材
  • 3.电砂锅预热后捞入焯好的猪蹄,加入开水、大枣、枸杞,把2里边的调料都放到调料盒里,也放到电砂锅里,盖上盖子,高火煲一个小时
  • 4.准备泡好的黄豆,加入一小把即可,盖上盖子继续煲
  • 5.大概2个小时,猪蹄软烂脱骨即可撒入适量盐,关掉电源焖一会即可食用
  • 6.吃肉喝汤,很香、很补
