  • 1.香菇用水泡发,冬笋也泡一下。
  • 2.锅里加水,将冬笋下锅焯水。

  • 5.加入冬菇炒匀
  • 6.加入清鸡汤稍稍煮几分钟。
  • 7.起锅前加盐、蚝油调味,用水淀粉勾芡,再淋入明油就可以起锅了。
