前一天烤鱿鱼烤好后一下子就没有了总觉得不过瘾,第二天又烤了小黄鱼,第一次烤小黄鱼还在担心好不好吃,木想道味道超棒,值得去尝试,以前想吃又酥又脆的小黄鱼多是油炸,这种烤的也是很酥,比起炸的总要更健康一点,烤好的小黄鱼鱼尾、鱼鳍,都已经很酥了,给小孩吃一点也不用担心扎着,又加上小黄鱼本身就只有一根主刺,肉质也很紧实,轻轻一咬就脱落了,孩子吃也放心。

  • 料酒20克
  • 生抽10克
  • 五香粉1克
  • 花椒油1大勺(大约10ML)
  • 辣椒油2大勺(大约20ML)

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料。
  • 2.每一条小黄鱼背的两边各划几刀,这样更好入味。
  • 3.葱、辣椒各切小段,放入容器里的鱼上,再加入料酒、生抽、五香粉。
  • 4.让每条鱼都充分的裹上料,用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱大约腌制3-4个小时。
  • 5.腌好以后去除葱、辣椒,把每条鱼串在竹签上。
  • 6.放入烤箱上层,上火开200度,烤12分钟取出来翻个面再烤12分钟。
  • 7.准备好刷的料。
  • 8.两面各烤12分钟后取出,充分的刷上一层料,再两面各烤5分钟,即可。
