老公去蛋糕店买了一次,回来说可以做给宝宝吃,刚好最近给宝宝做了自制肉松,所以家里材料齐备,想吃,简单。

  • 玉米油40g
  • 牛奶70g
  • 低筋面粉70g
  • 白砂糖60g
  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 木鱼花片20g
  • 海苔片4片
  • 肉松100g

Steps to make 肉松小贝

  • 1.用28*28的烤盘烤一个戚风蛋糕胚。戚风蛋糕的做法省略,之前做过很多次,大家也可以在我的食谱找到。
  • 2.烤好的蛋糕晾凉。
  • 3.海苔剪成小片,跟木鱼花,放烤箱烤3分钟。
  • 4.加上肉松,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.拌好的海苔肉松木鱼花。如果没有海苔跟木鱼花可以不用,但是用了以后口感丰富很多。
  • 6.晾凉的戚风蛋糕,倒扣,脱掉油纸,然后用5cm的慕斯圈,圈出蛋糕胚。如果没有慕斯圈,用杯口或者圆形饼干模也可以。也可以把蛋糕糊装入裱花袋,剪个圆形小口,然后挤在烤盘再烤。不过这种方法烤出来的蛋糕胚,有可能不是特别圆,但是自己家吃,就可以不用介意。
  • 7.取一片蛋糕胚,白色的那面涂上沙拉酱。
  • 8.夹上另一个蛋糕胚。
  • 9.在蛋糕胚的两边,侧边均匀涂上沙拉酱。
  • 10.放倒海苔肉松木鱼花中,让肉松小贝沾满海苔肉松木鱼花。
  • 11.5cm直径大小一共可以做12个。
