Steps to make 紫菜包饭

  • 1.把焖熟的米饭均匀的铺在海苔上,铺米饭时手上少沾些水防粘。
  • 2.黄瓜、胡萝卜、大根和火腿切成长短一样的条,然后摆在铺好的米饭上面。
  • 3.撒上一些肉松,再挤些沙拉酱。
  • 4.把海苔拖至竹帘边缘慢慢卷起。
  • 5.全部卷好后收紧竹帘整形,使紫菜包饭更紧一些。
  • 6.卷好的紫菜包饭用锋利的刀切成小块。
  • 7.每切一片都用水把刀冲洗一下,这样切面比较整齐,很简单的一款主食,可以根据自己口味随意加入喜欢的食材。
