醉红枣
醉枣是我们江浙人过年过节餐具上必备的冷盘,寓意好,成型成色也漂亮,而且做法极为简单,最最重要的还有就是营养丰富,老人孩子都是可食用得。当然以量适量为好,再好的DD,过量食用都会适得其反哦。

  • 花雕酒50M
  • 蜂蜜25ML

Steps to make 醉红枣

  • 1.备好红枣,冰糖,蜂蜜及花雕酒。
  • 2.红枣洗净,再用干净的水泡发,时间上最好提早一天或是提前一晚。
  • 3.将泡好的红枣连同汤汁上锅大火煮至。
  • 4.大火煮开后,转小火慢煮对红枣圆润饱满。时间上这时差不多要半小时左右。
  • 5.加入适量冰糖。
  • 6.加入适量蜂蜜。拌至入味。
  • 7.再加入适量花雕酒微煮即可关火,将红枣泡在汤汁中隔夜或是隔天再食用。
  • 8.一款寓意美,色彩靓的醉枣完成。
