土豆炖牛肉
土豆炖牛肉,准确的来说起源于匈牙利,乃匈牙利一道名菜,此后,它传入了前苏联,成为了前苏联所谓的“共产主义”生活典范,更进入了中国普通百姓家庭,成为我们中国的一道家常菜。
中医认为,牛肉是滋养强壮的补品,具有健脾养胃,强筋壮骨之功。再加入有“地下苹果”美誉的土豆,使之营养更为丰富。

Steps to make 土豆炖牛肉

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.锅里加入清水,再加入牛肉、姜片、葱段焯水。
  • 3.滚开后捞出用热水洗净(注意整个炖肉过程都不要用凉水,肉一激就不容易烂了)。
  • 4.锅里下少许油加入土豆煸炒。
  • 5.土豆边边有点微黄加入生抽和少许的糖翻炒均匀。
  • 6.炒均匀的土豆上碟备用。
  • 7.上锅放油。油三成热放葱段姜片红辣椒,炒香了放肉,迅速翻炒。
  • 8.肉断生了放老抽冰糖,继续翻炒。
  • 9.炒到焦黄再加入清水、八角、香叶、桂皮。
  • 10.开大火煮开。
  • 11.盖盖转小火炖2个小时。
  • 12.最后20分钟,加入土豆。
  • 13.小火炖至土豆软面,大火收汁儿。装盘,放香菜,可以吃了。
